I had a great experience with Dave. He took the time to explain the entire inspection process clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel much more confident and informed as a homebuyer. He was extremely detailed, patient, and answered all of my questions without rushing. The inspection report was comprehensive, easy to understand, and delivered on time as promised. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home inspector .

David did a home inspection on a mobile home I was looking at to buy. He communicated with me as we went through this home. He not only communicated but explained areas that I was not knowledgeable about. His expertise and suggestions as to what I needed to do. Like recommended to seek help in areas that needed more experience. Don't get me wrong he was extremely knowledgeable and payed attention to detail. Showing me trouble spots and testing other areas. Has a concern of safety issues and was overall very thorough. Handled reporting to me in a timely manner. Bravole to a job well done!!!

David did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He spent hours taking the time to explain everything to us, and he worked his way into corners most people would just skip over. He's thorough, detailed, and got his report back to us super-fast. He then followed up to make sure we didn't have further questions, and, when we did, he offered his opinion and also connected us to a plumber for a second opinion. After we bought the house and encountered an unexpected problem, he was there within the hour, crawling into more unseen places to figure out a solution. There aren't enough stars to click on this review form!

We have purchased and sold four homes over the past 40 years, and David was by far the most thorough and competent inspector I have ever worked with. He made it clear from the start that my wife and I were part of the process. We were anxious about selling our home for a good price and were willing to make most of the repairs he recommended. Before the report was finalized, he set aside time to allow us to make repairs without compromising the report's essential elements, based on his accurate and detailed observations. This time, attention to detail, and respectful inclusion of the homeowner are very rare in the home inspection profession. David's work is simply outstanding.

Bring a notebook with you, ask questions, and be ready for a pop quiz – Dave will make sure you leave not just with a list of checkmarks and flags, but with a thorough understanding of your new home. This was absolutely what I needed as a newbie to homeownership and gave me the tools to find experts & estimates and negotiate for a lower price on my house.

Dave was really great! He spent over 7 hours walking around the property with me on Easter Sunday. He clearly was very passionate about old houses. He had very good advice and pointed out a lot of things both urgent and just general upkeep things to avoid urgent situations in the future. It was very educational for me as a first time homebuyer and provided a list of maintenance items to be included as part of our purchase negotiations. I highly recommend Dave!

David was an incredible home inspector to work with. He was very thorough during the inspection and took his time to clearly explain what he was seeing and his recommendations for how to proceed with each finding. He also was available to meet directly so that we could discuss the inspection and ask additional follow-up questions. His final report was very thorough and provided us with all the information we needed to feel confident with proceeding with our home purchase. The report didn't just document the urgent findings that need to be address to finish the purchase, but also provided us with a list of recommendations for future repairs / maintenance in the coming years.
