Had them do a presale inspection. Very thorough and on time. Definitely would hire them again.

David was amazing! This was my first home inspection and he helped me learn A LOT throughout the visit. He is very knowledgeable and I left a lot more informed. I’d recommend him to everyone! Thank you so much David!

David was fantastic! He went FAR above and beyond to make sure my husband and I understood the nuances of the house we were intending to purchase. He not only gave us a thorough inspection, he also gave us a lesson on many of the aspects of the house that we wouldn't have known otherwise, as we are first-time homebuyers. He even offered to help us interpret the inspection report afterwards to make sure we deeply understand all that was needed. Because of his thoroughness the concern of what we might discover after purchase was not there and we feel capable of addressing priorities and when.I can't recommend David enough and feel anyone who comes to him will be in very good hands. Thank you, sir!!

I would recommend David to anyone looking for a thorough, impartial, and professional inspection.David worked with us to provide a seller’s inspection. He is an excellent inspector and was so easy to work with. His knowledge of houses and building practices is remarkable. He also shared useful recommendations with us, both for our sale and things to keep in mind for our new home.

When it comes time for a home inspection, I couldn't recommend a better inspector than David. He responded immediately when we reached out, was available on short notice, and completed an extremely thorough report with a fast turn around. Even after sending the report, David remained available to answer questions and provide detailed recommendations. Thank you for helping us make a fully informed decision on our home purchase!

I had a great experience with Dave. He took the time to explain the entire inspection process clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel much more confident and informed as a homebuyer. He was extremely detailed, patient, and answered all of my questions without rushing. The inspection report was comprehensive, easy to understand, and delivered on time as promised. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home inspector .

David did a home inspection on a mobile home I was looking at to buy. He communicated with me as we went through this home. He not only communicated but explained areas that I was not knowledgeable about. His expertise and suggestions as to what I needed to do. Like recommended to seek help in areas that needed more experience. Don't get me wrong he was extremely knowledgeable and payed attention to detail. Showing me trouble spots and testing other areas. Has a concern of safety issues and was overall very thorough. Handled reporting to me in a timely manner. Bravole to a job well done!!!

David did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He spent hours taking the time to explain everything to us, and he worked his way into corners most people would just skip over. He's thorough, detailed, and got his report back to us super-fast. He then followed up to make sure we didn't have further questions, and, when we did, he offered his opinion and also connected us to a plumber for a second opinion. After we bought the house and encountered an unexpected problem, he was there within the hour, crawling into more unseen places to figure out a solution. We have purchased and sold four homes over the past 40 years, and David was by far the most thorough and competent inspector I have ever worked with. He made it clear from the start that my wife and I were part of the process. We were anxious about selling our home for a good price and were willing to make most of the repairs he recommended. Before the report was finalized, he set aside time to allow us to make repairs without compromising the report's essential elements, based on his accurate and detailed observations. This time, attention to detail, and respectful inclusion of the homeowner are very rare in the home inspection profession. David's work is simply outstanding.
