With his background in building he was able to go above and beyond by answering some questions I had pertaining to a planned remodel of the home we are purchasing. David was very thorough and demonstrated great attention to detail. We did wind up getting a couple seller concessions due to details David uncovered so the service more than paid for itself. The report was turned around very quickly which is greatly appreciated. I want to start this off by saying I never do reviews, but the attention to detail and the dedication David had to giving me the full picture of what I was buying were beyond recognition. He let me shadow him and took his time to not only answer any questions but also explain every issue we encountered along the way. I started taking notes, and he told me that when I got the summary, there would be an itemized report with specific information about all issues, how to resolve them, and it would be categorized by color as well as pictures to differentiate the importance of when said issue would need to be addressed. I was apprehensive, but I trusted him, and he did not disappoint. This is the first income property I am buying, and he essentially made me a cheat sheet for any and all repairs that need to be made. It also made it easy to negotiate a better purchase price for said property, which essentially paid for David's services and more. He went above and beyond and has also made himself readily available when it came to any follow-up questions I have or have had. He is patient, thorough, meticulous, and, well, darn good at what he does. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive home inspection from a trustworthy business that isn’t just looking for a quick paycheck. From the moment he arrived, his presence felt more like a trusted family friend than someone simply coming to do a job. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuine, and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. As a family currently living in the home during inspection, we deeply appreciated how accepting and non-judgmental he was of our everyday living situation. He took his time to closely examine the properties we were interested in. He was very communicative about the process, both his timing as well as any questions he had as he was doing the inspections. His reports were very thorough and well designed to capture issues in general, followed by much more detail. Pictures on the report allowed us to clearly see what was described in text. Once the reports were completed, David met with us to go over them and took as much time as we needed to describe what he found as well as answer any questions we had.
